7. All items must be picked up in a
timely manner.
8. All items left over 13 days without
prior approval will be moved to a
storage facility and charged $10
per day.
9. Adkins Auction is not responsible
for injury, loss, or damage to
property after items are sold.
10. Please inspect all items prior to
bidding.
11. All announcements made by
auctioneer day of sale take
precedence over any printed
material.
12. In the event of a tie bid, the bid
will be open to tie bidders only at
the last bid taken by auctioneer.
